MENU for St John's EVE – Fund Raising Event

Artisan Cheese Platter- Spanish sheep’s milk, English blue,
triple crème brie, Italian provolone and fresh goat cheese garnished
with seasonal berries and grapes.

Antipasti Platter- mortadella, spicy capicolla and sopressta
served with prosciutto wrapped asparagus, kalamata olives, spiced
Greek olives, artichoke hearts, hearts of palm, grilled vegetables,
dolmas with fresh mozzarella and feta cheese.

Roasted Beef Tenderloin platter with marinated Portobello
mushrooms, artichoke hearts, and grilled asparagus served with
horseradish cream sauce.
